So the Atlanta Hawks pulled off a big win last night, a much needed one that will hopefully build confidence for the franchise next year. All starters were in double digits for scoring, Al Horford finally got some help on the boards and with scoring in the paint, but is it enough to beat Goliath? Probably not, it will be like a bruh and the first time... you know what I am saying 1 and done ... lol...
After watching the way the Hawks as a whole have played over the last 10 games, it just appears that there is no sense of urgency to win. Last night was high flying, fast paced, but the box score shows it all... no depth.
Atlanta, not hating, but hey get ready to pack your bags for an extended vacation in two more games. After that beg, plead and pray that management does the following in the off-season
1) Draft a Center with tremedous upside and strength
2) Trade for some depth or key players and cycle more depth
3) HIRE A NEW COACH AND GM
4) Don't draft another Forward
Maybe and just maybe Atlanta basketball lovers and Hawks fans will have something to watch and look forward to see
